As General Counsel for American Public Education Foundation, Cort ensures that the company operates ethically in all of its undertakings and is compliant with the legal requirements of a nonprofit organization.  Cort graduated from Rhodes College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
