John Bulina

John Bulina is a lifelong educator. He taught Technology Education/Cooperative Industrial Education the 8-12 level for 34 years. Upon retiring he taught at the collegiate level for an additional 7 years. He has a BS in Education from the State University of New York – Oswego, and a MA in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University.



 Bulina served 28 years on his local board of education. He was elected by representatives of the state’s local Boards of Education to serve as an officer in The New Jersey School Boards Association for eleven years, two and a half years as President.



As President, Bulina initiated major studies of the impact of health and wellness on student achievement, school security, STEM/STEAM, and best practices to narrow the achievement gap. He was appointed by Governor Christie to serve on his Advisory Board on Youth and Collegiate Activities.
